REFUGEES

SUMMARY

The Lisbon Recognition Convention encourages a flexible approach to the recognition of qualifications held by refugees, displaced persons and persons in a refugee-like situation. In this chapter suggestions are made on how to assess qualifications in cases when some of the documentation is missing.
